President/Owner
Carlos Garcia is the President and Owner of Total Demolition Solutions, LLC. With more than 35 years of industry experience, Carlos has built a distinguished career in selective demolition, heavy wrecking, asbestos abatement, and industrial demolition across multiple states. Prior to founding his own company, Carlos worked for several prominent demolition firms, including two of the largest in the country, where he developed a reputation for exceeding expectations and delivering outstanding results.
Driven by a commitment to integrity and respect, Carlos established Total Demolition Solutions, LLC as a family-oriented business, focusing on personal relationships and a hands-on approach. He brings extensive expertise in estimating, business development, construction management, and program management to every project. Carlos believes in honest communication—looking people in the eye, offering a firm handshake, and treating everyone with respect—values he feels are sometimes lost in the industry today.
Member-Estimator
Gina Hullum serves as a Member-Estimator at Total Demolition Solutions LLC, bringing over 22 years of specialized expertise to the team. With a distinguished track record in the Valley, Gina focuses on demolition estimating for retail, clinic, and restaurant tenant improvement projects. Throughout her career, she has successfully bid and managed projects for prominent demolition contractors, earning a reputation for fostering long-term client relationships. A certified leader, she holds OSHA 500 and 510 credentials and a Plant Management Certification. Gina embodies the company’s “solutions, not excuses” motto, ensuring every client receives a safe, professional, and efficient work environment.
Production Manager
I’m specialized in providing Residential, Commercial, total and interior demolition services that are safe, efficient and on schedule. My mission is to handle the tough work of breaking down structures so you can start building your future without the headaches of delays or safety hazards. With 4 years of experience, I have managed projects ranging from small residential to large commercial buildings. Every project I take on starts with detailed compliant safety plan. My goal is to ensure zero incidents on- site, protecting both your property and my team.
I moved to Arizona in 1996 with a pre-secured job pushing a wheelbarrow. Through hard work, dedication, and a passion for the craft, I quickly advanced through the ranks from Leadman and Foreman to Field Superintendent.
My experience spans both structural demolition and selective interior demolition, and over the past 30+ years I have learned every aspect of demolition hands-on, in the field, full time. I lead with deep technical knowledge, a strong focus on safety, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
Demolition is more than a profession to me — it is my craft. I take pride in building and leading skilled teams, mentoring the next generation, and collaborating with other trades to deliver quality results that strengthen our projects and our community.
Family is at the core of everything I do — both my family at home and the teams I have the honor of working alongside every day as we continue to build our business and serve our community.
